Grace, something that is suppose to offered to the world, the messangers of Grace sometimes lack it when dealing it with other people.

The church use to be a certain of hope- a place where people knew they could go for help.

Now you mention going to a church for help....you'll get the look of disgust "I already feel bad enough...why would I go to the church to feel worse?" which saddens me, Jesus came to heal the weak he came to heal the lame, not to heal the healthy. He gave us a mission to spread the Grace to others. To the down and out, to the addicts, to the crack dealers, to the whores, to the prideful, to the murders, to the rapist, to all those who need to feel human again.

But its funny we don't offer Grace at church

we offer judgement
we offer phoney caring
we offer hate
we offer grace as long as you look like us....

But thats not how Jesus did it, he offered Grace, than told them to do no more wrongs. that was it

he didn't say they should shave
or attend church sunday morning, sunday night, wednesday night and friday morning bible study.

He offered them love and compassion, and grace to the graceless. It seems thats the lesson Jesus kept trying to drill to his discples, GRACE is a BIG deal guys....which seemed to just go over their heads until he was gone.

Grace is what sets christians apart.

Other places can offer food, water, shelter, help. But it's Grace that sets us apart, the ability to forgive those who did us wrong...to be able to forgive ourselves....

Grace is a really powerful thing.....What's so Amazing about Grace- is a good book Philip Yancey good author....

that's all.
